We are aware of the widely reported increase in wholesale gas prices, which has come about for a variety of complex reasons from inflation to increased global demand.
Energetik’s heat tariff is fixed annually and applies from 1st April to the following 31st March. During this period, we do not change our tariff so our customers can be confident that their heating bills will not increase this winter and are fixed until April 2022.
In the meantime, we are watching the market closely and will continue to do so over the winter to see how the prices trend, and we will do all we can to keep future cost changes to a minimum wherever reasonably possible.
