Enfield Council gives green light to business plan for community energy networks which will provide low carbon heating and hot water to 15,000 homes
- Scheme will provide £225million of economic, environmental and social benefits to residents and businesses
- The networks have capacity to expand to more than 30,000 homes and businesses
